Do you offer a free trial?
We do offer a completely free 30-day trial that allows your team to explore the full functionality of Projectal. This trial period is to give you enough time to ensure Projectal meets your needs and that you like using it!
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. You can switch between our monthly or annual plans and change the number of users without penalty.
Do you offer annual subscriptions?
Yes — annual subscriptions come with a 5% discount.
What currencies are accepted?
The prices above are in USD.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept most credit cards and, for larger organizations, we can support invoicing as well.
Can I cancel our subscription? Do I get a refund?
Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time and your credit card will be credited with the pro-rated balance left on your subscription.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Tax fees will be added as applicable by law in your country/state/province based on the billing address provided.
How are users counted towards billing?
You can add and remove users as your team changes, and always up to the limit of the total number of users in your Projectal subscription. The minimum number of users in your Projectal subscription is 5 users.
What is a Projectal user?
A Projectal user is any user that can log in to your Projectal site and exists in User Management.
Can I integrate with other software tools?
Yes — Projectal has a full API for integrating with any software tool. We provide custom integration services for Enterprise customers.
What kind of support will I get?
We provide email support Mon-Fri 9AM – 7PM AET. For enterprise customers, additional priority support levels are available.
Can I host Projectal on our servers?
Yes — we support on-premises hosting for Enterprise customers.
How secure is Projectal?
Data protection is fundamental to Projectal. All communication in-transit with Projectal is encrypted and sent over a SSL/HTTPS connection. All data stored is encrypted at-rest on ISO 27001 certified data centers. Your data is always stored in standalone databases and never mixed in with other Projectal customers. Projectal has extensive user authentication and permissions handling to help prevent non-permitted access to your data.
